Glass & Concrete Residence in Japan Displaying an Eye-Catching Architecture

The Edge house was designed by Japanese studio Noriyoshi Morimura Architects and is located in Kansai district, Osaka, Japan. This concrete and glass residence displays an original architecture and is quite eye-catching. Situated on a hill overlooking the city, the villa consists of two floors, connected by a sinuous concrete separating line. Generous terraces are thus created, which allow the inhabitants to enjoy their private space while relaxing outdoors. The interiors are very airy and spacious, defined by the concrete slanted walls, stone and overall pale color tones. Large windows ensure a good indoor/outdoor connection. The furniture elements are minimalist and inspire soberness and cleanness. We invite you to have a look at the photos and let us know what you think. Would you enjoy living in this type of home, or do you consider it to be too “cold” ?
